The Reseller Hosting service is essentially a set of resources that we provide for your use. We are not responsible for how you use them, and will not provide support for anything other than technical issues with our service, e.g. we will not install, debug or test scripts for you.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Premium hosting accounts have a guaranteed uptime of 99.9%. The uptime is calculated monthly, and if a server falls outside of these limits, resellers will receive a credit equivalent to 1 months hosting fees.
Premium accounts are hosted on world-class LiteSpeed Web Server and the enhanced High Availability, clustered servers, offering full redundancy at the software, hardware and networking level. With fewer customers per server and greater disk space allocated, premium hosting solutions offer greater reliability, performance and security.
Premium accounts further allow resellers to create custom plans for their clients. This means you have full control over exactly how much disk space, traffic, emails, databases etc. each of your clients have available to them.
What's the difference between Old and New Premium Plans?
The new plans run on a new generation environment, including PHP5, MySQL5 and LiteSpeed Enterprise instead of Apache. They also have the ability to monitor and control cpu usage per account and a number of extra security settings that cannot be retrospectively added to the older servers. The new servers will also be limited to half as many accounts as the older ones, further increasing the stability and performance.
The old premium reseller plans carry an uptime SLA of 99.6%, the new plans have a 99.9% SLA.
