Hosting fees are not refundable for any reason. Resellers will also not be allowed to allocate more than 10% of their total resources to any one end user account.

The Reseller Hosting service is essentialy a set of resources that we provide for your use. We are not responsible for how you use them, and will not provide support for anything other than technical issues with our service. eg we will not install, debug or test scripts for you.

What's the difference between Standard and Premium?

Premium hosting accounts have a guaranteed uptime of 99.9%. The uptime is calculated monthly, and if a server falls outside of these limits, resellers will receive a credit equivalent to 1 months hosting fees.

Premium accounts are hosted on enhanced High Availability, clustered servers, offering full redundancy at the software, hardware and networking level.

Premium accounts also allow resellers to create custom plans for their clients, this means you have full control over exactly how much disk space, traffic, emails, databases etc each of your clients has available to them.

How it works

The plans provide varying amounts of disk space and bandwidth limits. Once you purchase a reseller plan, you will be able to allocate fractions of your total limits to individual end user accounts. Each of these end users will then get their own accounts on our hosting server with whatever limits you choose to impose on them. They will have their own directory as well as their own FTP, POP3 and SSH access.

You are solely responsible for charging and invoicing your customers. There are no hidden charges, no excess fees. You will not be able to allocate more disk space than you have purchased from us, and if any of your client's monthly bandwidth exceeds the limits you have allocated them, that client site will be taken off-line. They will of course get a number of warnings before this would happen, and your reseller interface will allow you to accurately monitor all aspects of your account usage.

You will need to organise your own DNS servers for any domains not registered through Enetica.
