Enetica appointed as the first ENUM Trial registrar

| Sydney, 5 May 2005 - Enetica today became
the first registrar under the Australian
ENUM Trial, announced today by the Australian Communications
Authority(ACA). The purpose of the trial is to identify issues in relation to the integration of the existing phone numbering system with the internet. Electronic Telephone Numbers Mapping (ENUM) will allow the linking of just about any form of communications device or application to the one central identifier belonging to one person or one company. The ACA has selected AusRegistry International to run the trial ENUM registry. Enetica has in turn been appointed by AusRegistry as the first ENUM Trial Registrar. Enetica already has an extensive technical relationship with AusRegistry through our .au domain Registrar status, and the new ENUM Registry to Registrar system has been largely based on the existing .au domain platform. This will allow Enetica to complete the integration process within a very short timeframe. Enetica will then focus on developing a set of tools that can be used by groups interested in testing the ENUM system. registrar under the new AUda competitive regime for the .au

| Id.au is the first time Australian individuals
have been allowed to purchase domains under .au which has up
to now been restricted to businesses and other legal bodies.
