Who is Enetica?
Enetica was the first
fully accredited .au registrar and began trading at 10:00am
July 1 2002. Enetica is now ICANN, auDA and .nz accredited. We
have over 600 wholesale partners and hold over 90,000 domain registrations.
Enetica’s founders have been working in the web hosting industry
for more than 10 years.
How long does it take to setup an account?
All our hosting account setups are automated and domain names are
activated instantly. You will receive an email with all your account
details only seconds after signing up for a hosting plan. However,
if you choose to pay by cheque or money order, allow 2-3 working days
for us to process your payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Enetica accepts Visa, MasterCard or a Cheque/Money Order for retail
domain orders.
We do not accept bank transfers.

Is GST (Goods and Sales Tax) included in
your pricing pages?
Yes, all our prices are in Australian Dollars and include a 10%
GST.
Why are your prices so cheap?
Enetica has continuously worked on improving our systems to make
things easier, automated and more efficient for us, our resellers
and of course our retail customers. Due to this and Enetica's overall
popularity we are able to offer quality hosting at a competitive
price.
Are all your servers really located in Australia?
All of our servers are located in Sydney, Australia and are owned
and managed in house. Our own sys-admin and developer teams are responsible
for the design, maintenance and 24x7 monitoring of all systems and
services.
What happens if I go over my bandwidth limits?
We have a no hidden fee policy and we won’t charge or fine
you for any over usage of your account. If our system detects that
you are getting close to your limits, reminders will be sent to you
automatically by email.
If despite the reminders, you do go over your bandwidth limit (which
is very unlikely considering the huge limits we are offering), your
account could be suspended until the next reset. Bandwidth limits
are reset every 1st day of the month.
Can I upgrade my web hosting plan? Does any cost
apply?
You can upgrade to a more powerful hosting plan anytime at no extra
cost.
Just call our support team on 1300 720 043 (or email sales@enetica.com.au)
and let them know which plan you wish to switch to. You won’t
lose any of your existing credit: any unused amount of time paid
for will automatically be credited and go towards your new hosting
plan.
Do I need a domain name to purchase a hosting
plan?
Yes. You need a domain name in order for your hosting account to
be set up.
If you already have registered your domain name, go through sign-up
and enter your existing domain name….
If you don’t have a domain name (or wish to register an extra
domain), you can buy one with us at the same time you purchase your
hosting and will enjoy a 30% discount on your hosting
plan.
Can I host more than one domain on my hosting account?
You can have as many domains as you want pointing to your website.
However, if you wish to host several different websites on one account,
you will need to consider signing up for a reseller account.
